Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of wastewater treatment plant projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in wastewater treatment systems, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and regulatory teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) managing wastewater treatment plant projects, preferably in a consulting or construction environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and regulations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
